Let's hope that the collapsing logo isn't indicative of what's in store for the future. I still remember those 'big plans' for The Dandy that DCT trumpeted when the comic died. Me a pessimist? Nah!
The logo is being completely supported. The right hand part is lower than the left hand part because the characters on the left are big and the characters on the right are small.
Again, where does it say "great news inside?" Anyway, that concept is out of date. The Beano hasn't got a rival title to merge with. And as I'm not the publisher, I am attempting to forewarn you that there will be genuinely exciting things coming this year.

ReplyDeleteWhen will we hear something? Hope it's good news.

I agree. This doesn't look good.
ReplyDeleteWhere does it say anything about it not being good news? Bizarre.
ReplyDeleteState of the logo?
ReplyDeleteSo Beano Studios has been announced. Is this the big news you were teasing?
ReplyDeleteWho will stay and who will get their cards?
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to the days when comics news was greeted with optimism and excitement?

ReplyDeleteThe death of the Dandy happened.
"Great News Inside!" proves that comics news wasn't always something to get excited about. It meant the death of a comic.
ReplyDeleteAgain, where does it say "great news inside?"

All will be revealed on Sunday.
